This introductory class is designed to gently bring you into the postures and the serenity of yoga. Ellen Dederich, RYT, teaches attendees how to communicate with their own body, and turn off the stresses of the day. Yoga is not about being thin, flexible or graceful. It’s about challenging yourself to improve yourself: mind, body, and spirit. Class meets Saturdays from Sept. 17-Oct 22.
