Did you struggle with anxiety over the past school year? This 90 minute workshop will start with learning basic mindfulness skills to increase awareness of thoughts and physical signs of stress, followed by a yoga sequence with practical poses to alleviate anxiety daily. Basic pranayama principles for managing anxiety will be taught. If you are a teenager or college student who struggles to manage stress and anxiety effectively this workshop is for you. All levels welcome.
