In this workshop explore yoga poses that have been proven to help with anxiety and depression in clinical trials and learn which poses to choose for different effects. Learn sequences for when time is short and experience the powerful relief that yoga offers for these conditions. All levels welcome—please bring a doctor’s release form if you are being treated for clinical depression or any anxiety disorder.
