This four week session with Tracy on Sundays starts from the ground up, creating a strong foundation in asana and meditation. Each week builds upon the last, linking the poses as we progress. This series is suitable for students with no yoga experience or students who are looking to refine their alignment. Bring a notebook, water bottle and an open mind!
