Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy Asian-inspired small bites made by Chef Sean Pharr of The Bristol and Chef Tom Van Lente before serving themselves a bowl of Chef Carlisle’s legendary late night favorite Tonkotsu Ramen. Chef Tom Van Lente will also prepare Miso Peanut Brittle Chicken Wings served with Bonito Ranch while Chef Sean Pharr will feature Fried Rice Croquette and Beef Belly with Fermented Rutabaga. Select beverages will be on special throughout the evening.
