Feast on a five course pre-fixed dinner prepared by Chef Cleetus Friedman during this dining event from City Provisions and Andrew Jones of Field Recordings wine company in California. The menu includes smoked watermelon soup with whiskey bacon, followed by a fried green tomato with smoked pork hock and fennel remoulade, an heirloom tomato salad with sweet corn and chicken, then a beef tenderloin with a fried leek and fingerling potato, finished by a flourless chocolate cake with plum ganache. Each course includes a wine pairing from the company's new and limited release list. Admission is limited to 16 guests and includes tax and gratuity.
