New Chef Mike Wehrle prepares a four-course menu, featuring an amuse bouche; langoustine carpaccio with potato and caviar in a chive vinaigrette; a pan-seared scallop with lemongrass emulsion and a mango chili jam; braised monkfish with asparagus and morels a la creme; and a lightly smoked beef tenderloin with Jerusalem artichoke cannelloni, peas a Francaise and red wine shallot sauce. After dinner guests can top things off with a visit to the Chocolate Bar.
