Come join the new fitness sensation, a 90 min. high-intensity cardio class that will have your quads, glutes, and abs on fire. It will shape and strengthen ones core muscles, hamstrings, lower back and glutes. Twerking also increases ones stamina. Since twerking is also a form of cardio or aerobic dance moves you can burn a lot of calories too. Small classes so you can have one on one time with our instructor Yaya.
