After serving up rustic Italian food in the South Loop since 1999, Gioco is opening up their kitchen to the public for monthly cooking classes. The first day-long session will center around the cuisine of Tuscany, where students assist in creating a three-course meal with Tuscan wine pairings of their choosing.
