As Part of our 17 Days of St. Patrick, Chef Jonathan Trubow has prepared a special 4-course menu of small plates paired with whiskies from Tullamore D.E.W. and Tullamore D.E.W. whiskey cocktails. course 1: Chilean sea bass paired with Tullamore D.E.W. course 2: Texas wild boar paired with Tullamore D.E.W. 12 Yr. course 3: Denver venison paired with Tullamore D.E.W. Phoenix course 4: flourless chocolate cake with Tullamore D.E.W. Irish Coffee. Reservations required.
