Executive Chef Anthony Martin offers two seatings this New Year’s Eve. The earlier seating, beginning at 5 p.m., includes a five-course menu. The later seating, beginning at 8:30 p.m., includes a seven-course menu. Chef Anthony Martin’s Coral Caviar can also be added to the dining experience. A midnight Champagne toast is included in the later seating.
