Spring is here and CrossTown Fitness invites running enthusiasts to take their workout outside during the gyms’ latest Total Body Excursion Runs. The West Loop and Northside locations are pairing together the warmer weather and high intensity interval training by taking their 50-minute weekend morning classes outside for running sessions through the city. CTF’s “Excursion Runs” will be held on rotating Saturdays and Sundays at 8 a.m., with different location meet ups.
