Take in this free show by playwright Terence Boyle about an aging drag queen, a story that is told as a modern adaptation of the biblical tale of Cain and Abel. "Rejected at birth by his father for his facial blemish, Sugar sought affirmation and purpose anywhere and everywhere, until she discovered her true calling in the glamorous world of drag," according to promotional materials. "Now, lust, desire and need intermingle with her pursuit of stardom. She offers a journey through times of abandonment, joy and loss." The play was directed by Graham Emmons. Though the show is free, donations are being sought for Equality Illinois.
