Spend 8 weeks class learning about the Feldenkrais Method, a series of movements designed to create a greater awareness of one’s behavior and movement. This work is ideal for performers allowing them to develop good habits in movement, breathing, presence and voice. Instructor Sarah Welborn created The Performer Series: Breathing, Voice, Presence for day-to-day living and as a tool kit for rehearsal and performance.
