Join us for this cold-weather edition of our Art of Risotto seasonal demonstration cooking series as we discover Risotto Gorgonzola e Pere, a delicious risotto with Riso Scotti Carnaroli rice, gorgonzola picante cheese and poached local pears from Seedling Farms. This class will take place at our newest restaurant addition to Eataly Chicago’s Piazza, Il Risotto; a risotto bar devoted to the rich, creamy dish designed for cold weather.
