Broadway Cellars owners Tom and Geri Foley share the secrets to choosing the perfect wine to complement your menu. Enjoy bite-sized appetizers and condiments paired with various wines during the workshop, followed by a three-course meal prepared by chef Tom Foley that features scallops, coffee-roasted beef tenderloin and homemade chocolate truffles. Each course is paired with four different wines.
