Relax, refresh, and renew, during this time set aside for guided meditation designed to help one let go of stress. Bring one’s yoga mat or blanket and pillow to lie on the floor. Cell phones and electronic devices must be turned off before entering the Meeting Room and there is no admittance once the meditation has begun.
