In this class, learn the 10 fundamental practices to help participants maintain a positive attitude despite the odds. Join Tom Kens, wellness coach and motivational speaker as he guides you in the steps on building a stronger mind and body in his workshop. Tom’s positive attitude and ideas have been inspiring people to really make a change in their life for the better! Registration is suggested and bringing a 5x7 notebook to the program is encouraged.
