FINAL SHOWS. SOME SEATS REMAIN. Award-winning stage and film artist Kevin Lucero Less presents the limited engagement, intimate premier of  Wormwood, a darkly comedic play about the toll taken on a young man propelled from obscurity into movie stardom. Featuring an LA, Boston, Toronto, and Chicago ensemble cast—Nathan Wainwright as Liam, Julia Gorban as Ms. Lilah and others, Linda Cunningham as The Producer, Gary Saipe as The Director, and Darryn Glass as beloved Papa Decklan (and Less in a trio of roles)—this language-driven two-act play is alive with physicality and sure to entertain. Hauntingly moody, a good fit for a seasonal outing. Remaining shows, evenings, first weekend of November. PG-13. Running time, less than 90 minutes, no intermission. LIMITED SEATING, BOOK EARLY. A special event of The Art Center–Highland Park, 1957 Sheridan Rd., a close walk from the HP Metra.
