Join the South Loop Neighbors on Saturday, October 10th, 2015 for the 17th annual Loft Walk from 12 noon until 5 p.m. Registration / Check in at Dearborn Station opens at 10:30 am, 47 W. Polk Street, Chicago. “This highly anticipated event offers visitors the unique experience to see inside 100-year-old printing factories on Printers Row and 1920’s-50’s automobile showrooms on Motor Row,that have been converted into stylish urban residences as well as shiny new high-rises and "soft lofts" that offer all the modern amenities” said Jim Michaels, Chairperson of the 2015 Loft Walk. “Annually the LoftWalk attracts over 500 attendees from the Chicago Metro area. This self-guided tour begins at Dearborn Station. Participants can either walk the route or take advantage of the free trolley.” All proceeds will benefit South Loop Neighbors, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that was founded in 1996 as Historic Printers Row Neighbors. South Loop Neighbors is dedicated to the preservation and enhancement of the quality of life in South Loop landmark districts and neighborhoods. Tickets may be purchased in advance online at for $30 until October 7th. Tickets will then be available at the door for $40 (cash) the day of the event. About South Loop Neighbors South Loop Neighbors is a non-profit membership based organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in the South Loop and preserving the area's landmark districts. South Loop Neighbors serves members and residents within the area bounded by Congress Parkway to approximately 16th Street and from the Chicago River to Lake Michigan.
