The practice of yoga can help renew the soul and strengthen the spirit. Yoga is a means by which one can recognize and connect with the holiness within and all around. One can give goodness back to the world with an open heart, when full potential is reached. Rabbi Bellows, a certified yoga teacher and Relax and Renew® trainer in Restorative yoga, teaches this beginning yoga class. No experience is necessary! Tefilah (prayer) yoga is held on most Shabbat mornings at 10 a.m. RSVP to the synagogue.
