Chefs Rick Bayless and Lisa Despres of Frontera Grill and Topolobampo and Arami chef Fred Despres team up to prepare dishes inspired by the street food of Japan and Mexico including three mushroom taco with Japanese plum sauce, ceviche maki and green tea tres leches. The event also includes a cocktail station and a sake tasting.
