The bar provides both the pumpkins and the carving tools for this no-cover event and displays the carved creations post-party as part of the Halloween theme. The tap takeover features five seasonal pumpkin brews from five different breweries including Ballast Point Pumpkin Down, Coronado Punk’In Drublec, Greenbush Unicorn Killer, Almanac Pumpkin Sour and Seattle Cider Pumpkin Spice. Chef Wally Rouse creates specials such as smoked pork ribs with chipotle pumpkin ale barbecue sauce and fried chicken and pumpkin ale waffles with blackened bacon gravy.
