Join other Chicago kids, ages 10 to 17 and spend the day learning about the importance of a healthy, active lifestyle through physical activity and smart food choices.Sessions will be lead by a team of experts in fitness and nutrition. Activities include a Build-a-Snack, where kids are taught about how to build a healthy, proportioned trail mix, breathing and visualization practice, and an obstacle course relay, to name a few.
