Meat and Eat while Chicago Culinary Kitchen's Pitmasters Greg and Kristina Gaardbo take participants course-by-course on a BBQ journey! Also, 'Meat' Lynfred Winery's Christina Anderson-Heller as she expertly pairs each course with an artfully crafted Lynfred Wine! The BBQ courses include buttermilk biscuits, sides of pit beans, F'n Mac and cheese, elotes, and five courses of meat paired with Lynfred wine.
