Learn to make parsley pappardelle pasta and a classic marinara sauce from scratch. Chef Giuseppe Catanzariti will teach hands-on skills including preparing your ingredients, making dough, working with a pasta machine and folding and cutting techniques. Afterwards, a four-course dinner is served with a special dessert and cocktail menu by Sarah Elan Arel. Cash bar.
