Chef Phu Lu pairs four entrees with beers from the Colorado brewery. The first course features Asian pork paired with Mama's Little Yella Pils, the second course pairs lobster ravioli with Dale's Pale Ale and the third course features veal sausage and Old Chub Scotch Ale. For dessert, guests can enjoy sweet nachos paired with the Ten Fidy Imperial Stout.
