Celebrate Oktoberfest with a five-course tasting and beer pairing event from Prost! executive chef Ian Flowers, who cooks up seasonal dishes like beef brisket with horseradish creme and braised kale and Pork Rouladen with a tomatoe and pretzel stuffing. Valckenberg Donfedler 2010, Reisdorf Kolsch and other German beers will accompany each course. Show up wearing a dirndl dress or lederhosen and receive a free WURST.
