Arami's Chef de Cuisine, Ajay Popli, has created three noodle dishes that are once-every-four-years extraordinary. This month’s menu will include: Buffalo Chicken Ramen Buffalo wings, celery, carrot and scallion marinated in a Buffalo blue cheese miso broth Bolognese-men Kishimen noodles, house-made Bolognese sauce, parmesan cheese Wagyu Ravioli Handmade ramen ravioli, wagyu filling, uni cream sauce Arami will also offer specials on hot sake and Asahi Japanese beers.
