Expect huge crowds at the 31st annual fest along Halsted Street from Belmont Avenue to Addison Street. Billed as the largest street fest of its kind in the Midwest, the event features live music on four stages and about 400 vendors stocked with food, drinks, general merch and arts and crafts. Singer Jennifer Holliday is among the acts scheduled to perform.
