Executive chef Graham Elliot offers a five course menu ($190, $95 for pairings) with seatings from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., as well as an eight course menu ($290, $125 for pairings, $150 for champagne-only pairings) from 8 to 9:30 p.m. Diners at the second seating can meet Graham Elliot and partake in a champagne toast at midnight.
