Chef Tim Lavelle augments the regular menu with holiday features such as a Petite Filet with Kick-spiced mushroom red wine demi-glace and spicy barley risotto with aged parmesan; Grilled Swordfish with fried plantains and a jalapeno-spiked tomatillo-and-roasted corn salsa; and a Chocolate Ganache Tart with coconut caramel, pomegranate syrup, coconut sorbet and chocolate croutons.
