This is a two-part screening and discussion of the award-winning documentary "13th" on successive Tuesday evenings -- Jan. 23 and 30, from 7-8:30 p.m. in the Pollak Room on the first floor of the library. The movie was directed by the same woman who directed ‘Selma,’ and it explores the intersection of race, justice and mass incarceration. Parental discretion is advised. The movie ends on a hopeful note.
