Executive chef Jeremy Kiens prepares a special brunch menu featuring seasonal and holiday dishes in addition to year-round favorites. The Mother’s Day lineup lists selections such as zucchini bread French toast with cannoli filling and maraschino cherry syrup; a smoked salmon omelet with asparagus, tomatoes, roasted peppers and brie; and maple-braised pork shoulder with grilled asparagus and poblano-Cheddar grits.
