Co-owners Sandra & Mathieu Holl worked alongside bread baker Alexander Roman to create a seasonally-driven menu full hearty grains, root vegetables and comforting flavors. Served in Floriole’s beautiful second floor loft space, the evening will include 5 courses plus a specialty cocktail created to complement the meal.
