Guest speaker Diane Hunter will talk about the unique and amazing phenomenon of the North American monarch butterfly's annual migration. Using environmental cues, the monarch knows when it is time to travel south for the winter. Some fly as far as 2,500 miles from Chicago to the Michoacan Mountains in Mexico. Sponsored by the Field and Flower Garden Club of Barrington.
