Mindfulness, learning to pay attention, without judgment, to the present moment, is a simple practice that can change one’s life. Scientific research has shown that practicing mindfulness can help manage stress and increase quality of life. During these four evening sessions, learn and practice some basic mindfulness techniques. Suggested readings are given from Jon Kabat-Zinn’s book "Wherever You Go, There You Are." The book is available for purchase in the gift shop.
