Join Shine Yoga Instructor, Meggan Riley and Personal Plant Based Chef Caitlin Boyer in this special workshop celebrating Ahimsa: The practice of non-harming and acting with compassion towards all living things. Students will participate in a gentle asana practice and meditation with Meggan and then Caitlin will discuss the benefits of a plant based diet followed by a light plant-based, gluten-free meal.
