A thoughtfully challenging and creative approach to embodying the flow of yoga. Practitioners learn classical and innovative approaches to yoga. through creative fluid sequences of asana. The wave of each class is created through cycles of inspired asana sequences (vinyasas) linked together with breath, and mantra; ending with guided meditation. Modifications are always offered for those with limitations. Every class is well-rounded to create whole body transformation of strength, flexibility, fluidity, and calming of the mind. All levels welcome.
