This course teaches attendees how to cope with and manage stress or anxiety using a variety of meditative and mind-body approaches. Learn stress reduction techniques to use at home or at the office to feel more in control, grounded, and balanced. Bring notebooks and wear comfortable clothing. Feel free to bring a yoga mat and/or pillows to sit on for extra comfort. The tuition is $35 but the Gold Card fee is $26.25.
