Access your Inner Well-Being Meditation (with a 1/2 hour gentle yoga led by Jessica Fabal). In this session, attendees explore ways to unlock the deep wellspring of authentic self that lives within. Using asana practice, breath and deep relaxation, open and balance the chakras, and charge the energy system as a vehicle to access well-being, ease and contentment.
