Learning Martial Arts is a fantastic way to get in shape, learn discipline, and be able to protect yourself. Spend 3 weeks learning this sport. Learn this ancient Chinese art for fitness or self-defense. Beginners are welcome. Please wear appropriate athletic shoes and clothing. This program is a three week series that builds on itself each week. Please ensure you are able to attend all 3 weeks when you sign up. Programs are for students in 7th to 12th grade and are offered free of charge. Advance registration required.
