This five course seasonal wine dinner from Chef Cameron Grant kicks off with sauvignon butter poached lobster tail with foie gras and pineapple, followed by wild mushroom parcel and pecorina fonduta with pancetta. The third course is braised veal tortellini with a fried quail egg, tuna and caper dressing and finally, the main course is braised beef short rib in puff pastry. Finish off this multi-course dinner with an apple dessert trio. Each course comes with a selected wine pairing.
