Join a lively discussion with the entrepreneurs behind four of Chicago's most popular sweets businesses: Michael Ciapciak, Owner, Bang Bang Pie & Biscuits; Paula Haney, Owner, Hoosier Mama Pie Co.; Sandra Holl, Owner, Floriole Cafe & Bakery; Elizabeth Madden, Owner, Rare Bird Preserves.  The evening includes desserts from all panelists, Crafthouse Cocktails & beers from Begyle Brewing. This event is a fundraiser for Blue Sky Bakery's transitional jobs program for at-risk youth.
