Hop aboard a coach bus with beer guru Liz Garibay to visit two different breweries to learn more about beer making and its role in Chicago history. The first stop is one of Chicago's newest craft breweries, Motor Row Brewing, located in a historic building in the south Loop. Find out about the company and the building’s history, and taste some delicious brews. From there, it’s off to Lagunitas Brewing located in the Douglas Park neighborhood. Founded in Petaluma, California by a native Chicagoan, Lagunitas opened their second facility in Chicago in 2014. Housed in a 300,000 square foot space, Lagunitas is the city's largest brewery. After an informative tour, participants will have time to sample some great beer. Be sure to make time to check out the "Beer Chicago" exhibit at EHM before or after the tour. Must be 21 and older to participate.
