Every week here at Eataly Chicago, our talented team creates 30 barrels of house brewed beer, 1,200 pounds of fresh mozzarella, 5,000 loaves of handmade bread — all under our roof. In this class, our La Scuola Chef Jeremy Williams will be showcasing some of Eataly’s best housemade products to bring to your holiday party and how to incorporate them into other dishes. From our housemade mostardas to our house brewed beer, we’ll introduce you to the best housemade products we have to offer for your next holiday function! This class will include a tasting of 2 dishes with 2 crowd-pleasing beverage pairings. Advance registration required.
