An interactive adventure in food and wine harmony, with our own Madeline Triffon, M.S., who loves nothing better than demystifying everything wine related. You’ll experience food and wine pairings that demonstrate super-easy principles. We’ll taste eight wines that express key textures: acidity, tannin, alcohol, and sweetness, as well as primal flavors of fruit, oak, and earth. Each wine will be paired with a food component—sweet, sour, bitter, salt, fat, protein or heat.
