Highwood-based Longitud315 celebrates garlic as it welcomes two Colombian chefs to Highwood for Garlic Fest and A Week of Colombian Flavors. Chef Tony Castillo is joined by guest chefs Santiago Romero and pastry chef Andrea Montoya of Harry Sasson Restaurant in Cartagena, Colombia to showcase authentic Colombian dishes at Longitud315 on August 13, 14 and 17. They are cooking up Colombian street food at Garlic Fest in Highwood on August 16.
