Groundbreaking funk-metal group Living Colour rose to fame with its debut double-platinum album Vivid in 1988. Best remembered for their anthemic Grammy Award-winning single “Cult of Personality,” which won “Best Hard Rock Performance” at the 1989 ceremony, they also scored hits with “Type,” “Elvis is Dead” and “Love Rears Its Ugly Head” from the Grammy -winning album Time’s Up. At City Winery Chicago, the band will play their greatest hits and cuts from their upcoming sixth studio album, Shade.
