The acronym K.I.S.S. stands for, Kids Identification and Safety Seat, so parents, grandparents and caregivers are invited to stop by until 2 p.m. and create free kids’ identification cards (for ages three and older) and get help with child safety seat inspections. Child safety seat inspections take place in the eastbound side parking lot of the oasis while kids’ ID card processing take place inside the oasis pavilion, accessible from parking lots on both sides. The event features an Illinois State Police District 15 K-9 demonstration at noon and more fun.
